For me, baking bread is a form of prayer.  I love waking up before dawn and beginning the day.  They rhythm of kneading the bread and rich smells of baking bread sooth the soal.  That is until Jack and Joey wake up.  Then I'm on the look out for one or the other trying to sneak a potato bread without me knowing.  Don't tell them, but I let them get away with a few stolen treats!
